Policy and Refund Procedure
ABCATS Travel Agency acts only as the agent for or suppliers
of transportation, accommodations, and services, which are
made on the condition ABCATS Travel Agency shall not be liable
for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury,
or loss or irregularity of any kind, occasioned by an act
or omission beyond its control, including acts of negligence
or breech of contract of any third party such as an airline,
cruise line, train, subway, taxi, shuttle, limo, ground transportation
vehicle, hotel, restaurant, ground handler, etc. who is or
does supply any goods or services for our tour.
If ABCATS Travel Agency cancels the tour before tickets are
purchased, they shall be liable only to refund all of the
tour participant's deposits received by it. The passenger
tickets in use by the carriers when issued shall constitute
the sole contract between the carriers and the passenger.
These tours may be sold in conjunction with the services of
any airline, a deposit made by the participants constitutes
acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
All cancellations are subject to $100.00 administrative fee
per person. All general cancellations must be submitted in
writing prior the ABCATS Travel or Czech Products Internet
Co expending any money for that specific traveler's trip.
Travelers filing any other cancellations after money has been
expended to purchase tickets and/or to hold a reservation
with any other travel supplier must have purchased trip cancellation
insurance, must be due to illness, and must be accompanied
by a certified letter from your physician.
It is your responsibility to contact ABCATS Travel Agency
for claim filing instructions. If the conditions specified
above are not true, not pertinent to this case or you do not
follow the instructions furnished there will not be a refund
by ABCATS Travel Agency. Reasonable, excellent trip cancellation
insurance coverage is available on sign-up & definitely
recommended but not included in trip cost.
